What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly. If you need a change, email ojanibrand@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Canada-wide.
What are your shipping rates and times?
We use a flat rate across Canada. Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and shipped via Canada Post (delivery times vary by location).
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Email ojanibrand@gmail.com to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
How do I find my size?
